Process principle

1. Processing process The kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin. It is quickly decomposed under the action of high-temperature composite bacteria (65℃~75℃) and intermittent stirring. The macromolecular organic matter is converted into harmless substances such as CO₂ and H₂O. The waste gas is purified by the deodorization system and discharged. There is no secondary pollution in the whole process. The reduction rate reaches 85%-90% within 24 hours, and the final output is about 10% of organic fertilizer substrate. 2. Product value The organic fertilizer is rich in beneficial bacteria such as Bacillus and organic matter, which can be directly used to improve soil and improve fertilizer efficiency. It has the dual benefits of increasing production and improving quality and reducing agricultural emissions, realizing the resource utilization of garbage.
